Job Responsibilities:
- Source and generate leads for business loans through telecalling.
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads for documentation and loan processing.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
- Maintain and update daily call reports and CRM records.
