Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their preferences and purchase history.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software).

- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

- Organize and follow up on client appointments, product viewings, and special events.





- Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve service standards.

- Support in achieving monthly and annual sales and service targets.

- Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.

- Promote recent collections, offers, and services to key clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience in luxury retail or jewellery industry preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
