Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand market share.

- Lead and manage daily operations across departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

- Drive business development initiatives to explore new markets and revenue streams.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in coordination with the finance team.

- Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor department heads and ensure continuous improvement.





- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

- Represent the company at events, client meetings, and other key business functions.

- Report regularly to executive leadership on business progress and strategic challenges.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in business leadership or senior management roles.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.

- Solid leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
