Job Title: Branch Manager – Secured LAP

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Retail Lending / Secured Loans

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the branch's performance in Secured LAP portfolio through lead generation, conversion, and cross-selling.

- Manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain robust relationships with channel partners (DSAs, Connectors) and ensure a healthy pipeline of cases.

- Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC norms, and risk assessment frameworks.

- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursal and documentation.

- Monitor and improve TAT (Turn Around Time) in the end-to-end loan process.

- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies,



and provide feedback to senior management.

- Regularly review and report on branch performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for the branch sales team.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in secured lending (preferably LAP).

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

- Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, property documentation, and local market dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
