Day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, storage, dispatch, and staff supervision to ensure effective and accurate stock handling.

Key Responsibilities Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts Supervise warehouse staff (loaders, pickers, packers) and assign daily tasks Ensure proper labeling, placement, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment Monitor stock levels and raise reorder alerts to avoid stockouts/overstock Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse SOPs Handle documentation: GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers, dispatch notes Manage returns, damages,



and discrepancies Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout Prepare periodic reports (inventory, dispatch, wastage) for management Requirements Graduate (any stream); diploma/certification in logistics or supply chain preferred 3–6 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Familiarity with inventory/WMS software (SAP, Tally, or similar) Strong organizational and people-management skills Physical stamina for warehouse floor work Key Skills Inventory control, team leadership, MS Excel, WMS software, problem-solving, attention to detail
