We are looking for a dynamic Sales person to drive sales and distribution of our print books across India. The role involves extensive field travel, developing new institutional and retail customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales of print books across assigned territories in India.
- Identify and establish relationships with bookstores, distributors, institutions, libraries, colleges, universities, law firms, and other relevant customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings across India.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Promote the company's books, publications,



and new titles.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatches, payments, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA/Sales qualification will be an advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in book sales, publishing, educational, academic, legal, or institutional sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to undertake frequent PAN-India travel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
