Role & responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control of all construction activities
- Conduct site inspection and material quality check
- Prepare QA/Qc reports, checklist and documentation
- Monitor compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Raise and close NCRs, ensuring corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants and contractors
Preferred candidate profile: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7-10 years in QA/QC, in Real Estate / Construction
