Role & responsibilities

- Manage and grow the companys presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with company goals.

- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, stories and other social media content.

- Write creative and audience-friendly captions, copy and content ideas.

- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags and platform updates.

- Handle end-to-end video content, including basic shooting, editing, transitions, subtitles, music and final output.

- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, employee/office content and campaign videos.

- Collaborate with HR, Business Development and other teams to create content around hiring, company culture, achievements, events and business updates.

- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity across platforms.

- Monitor social media performance and track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views and leads.

- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on audience response.

- Support social media campaigns and employer branding initiatives.





- Coordinate content shoots and capture relevant office events, team activities and workplace moments.

- Research competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

- Good video editing skills reels and short-form content are particularly important.

- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.

- Valuable knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.

- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.

- Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals, design and presentation.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

- Ability to generate fresh content ideas independently.

- Good organisational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment and manage multiple content requirements.

- Portfolio of social media work/videos is highly preferred.
