We are hiring a Designer Associate in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Designer Associate

Department: Services

Reporting to: Senior Designer

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: In-hand: 30k | Gross: 32k

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Customer Consultation (CC) and ensure smooth customer interactions.

- Manage and maintain a valuable relationship with the team.

- Allocate and monitor target settlements among CCs.

- Track and analyze team performance compared to monthly targets.

- Provide customer handling support in-store and on-site when required.

- Assign responsibilities to team members efficiently.

- Conduct training sessions for new CC joiners.

- Organize refresher training for existing team members.





- Generate new leads and close sales successfully.

- Perform regular market visits in assigned geographic areas.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Designing/Fine Arts/Creative Field.

- Any graduate with a Diploma in Interior Designing is preferable.

- Age below 24 years.

- Minimum 50% academic score without year gaps.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous Experience:

- Prior designing experience is required.
