- Knowledge of QA/QC, Quality Management, TPM/TQM.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and 7 QC Tools.
- Knowledge of Poka-Yoke, Kaizen and CMM.
- Knowledge of Supplier QA / Vendor QA and inward inspection.
- Understanding of casting, forging and machining processes.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and their handling, such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, Height Gauge, and other basic inspection instruments.
