Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer Sports Infrastructure / Civil Projects Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Handling Projects Across PAN India) Company: 4K Sports Infra Private Limited Department: Projects / Execution Reporting To: Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager Role Summary 4K Sports Infra Private Limited is looking for a agile, execution-oriented, and field focused Junior Civil Engineer to support the execution of sports infrastructure and civil construction projects across India. The selected candidate will assist in site execution, quality assurance, measurements, project coordination, contractor management, documentation, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring adherence to company standards, client expectations, and safety requirements. This position requires extensive travel across PAN India and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about field execution and managing on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution &

- Supervision • Assist in day-to-day execution of sports infrastructure and civil construction projects.
- Supervise ongoing site activities as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure work execution meets company quality standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site workforce for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Support installation and execution of: o Artificial Turf o Synthetic Athletic Tracks o Acrylic &




- PU Sports Courts o Wooden Sports Flooring o Sports Vinyl Flooring o Outdoor Fitness Areas o Kids Play Equipment o Chain Link Fencing o Sports Lighting Systems o Drainage Systems o Civil Foundations and RCC Works 2.

Quality

Control • Conduct regular quality inspections at project sites.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, workmanship, and finishing quality.
- Ensure materials received and utilized conform to approved specifications.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards throughout project execution.
- Measurements &
- Billing Support • Take accurate site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Verify executed quantities against approved BOQs.
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor bills.
- Support preparation of client billing documentation.
- Maintain measurement books and work completion records. 4.

Project

Planning &
- Coordination • Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement Team, and Site Teams.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Follow up on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
- Assist in project scheduling and resource planning.
- Identify execution delays and proactively escalate project risks.
- Coordinate multiple project locations simultaneously when required.
- Documentation &
- Reporting • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).




- Capture site photographs and maintain project progress records.
- Maintain project documentation including: o BOQs o Drawings o Work Orders o Inspection Reports o Material Registers o Site Measurement Sheets o Contractor Records • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to reporting managers. 6.

Safety

Compliance • Ensure strict adherence to company Health, Safety &
- Environment (HSE) standards.
- Monitor usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Report unsafe practices and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project locations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.

Qualifications • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in: o Civil Construction o Infrastructure Projects o Sports Infrastructure o Industrial Projects o Commercial Construction o Landscaping Projects • Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to work on project sites are encouraged to apply.
