Role & responsibilities

- Manage customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service requests through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.

- Follow up with customers regarding complaints, orders, deliveries, replacements, and other service-related matters.

- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Logistics, Accounts, and other departments for timely resolution of customer issues.

- Monitor open complaints and ensure they are closed within the defined timelines.

- Make regular follow-up calls to customers and maintain proper records of interactions.

- Track customer feedback and identify recurring issues.

- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports related to customer complaints, resolutions, follow-ups, and pending cases.

- Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.





- Escalate critical customer issues to the concerned manager/HOD.

- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.

- Ensure professional and courteous communication with all customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.

- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
