Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen logistics.
- Oversee sales performance across multiple restaurants within a cluster, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop robust relationships with customers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop promotional campaigns and events that drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
- B.A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of success in area sales management or zonal sales roles.
- Strong understanding of multi cuisine cooking techniques and menu planning principles.
