Job Summary

Lanson Toyota is looking for skilled and motivated Body Shop Technicians to join our growing Body & Paint team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automobile body repair, denting, dismantling, fitting, and accident repair work.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform denting, body repair, dismantling, and refitting of vehicles.
- Carry out accident repair and body restoration as per Toyota standards.
- Inspect damaged vehicle parts and identify the required repair or replacement.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of body panels.
- Work closely with the Body Shop Supervisor, Service Advisors, and Paint Team.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and complete jobs within the committed timeline.
- Follow safety procedures and workshop standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.




- Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.

Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile body repair / denting is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Toyota, Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, or other reputed automobile workshops are welcome.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
- Good technical knowledge and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet productivity targets.
