Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, CNC Turn-mill, turning centers, and other machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to prevent equipment malfunction.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, toolings, and production data.
