This is not a traditional internship where you simply observe senior developers.

You will be trained to become an AI-first technology professional.

During the 6-month internship, you will learn how to use AI tools effectively for research, problem-solving, coding, debugging, documentation, testing and productivity.

You will work on real projects under the guidance of experienced team members and gradually take ownership of actual deliverables.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, learning ability, ownership and consistency during the internship may be considered for full-time employment with UX Crafts.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Learn and apply AI tools in day-to-day software development workflows.
- Understand how to effectively prompt, validate and refine AI-generated outputs.
- Work on real-world web and software development projects.
- Assist in developing, modifying and maintaining application features.
- Understand existing codebases and contribute to feature development.
- Work with developers and designers to convert requirements into working features.
- Use AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring and technical research.
- Perform basic testing and identify bugs before deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Learn software development best practices, Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Prepare technical documentation with the help of AI and review it for accuracy.
- Research new technologies, frameworks and tools relevant to assigned projects.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within agreed timelines.
- Continuously improve your technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain professional communication and provide regular updates to the team.

- Candidates with personal projects, GitHub projects or academic projects will have an advantage.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Basic understanding of APIs and databases.

- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or other AI tools.

Internship Structure

Months 1-2: Foundation

AI fundamentals, AI-assisted workflows, development fundamentals, tools, Git, coding practices and internal processes.

Months 3-4: Project Execution

Work on real project modules with guidance from senior team members.

Months 5-6: Ownership

Take greater responsibility for assigned modules, solve problems independently and contribute to production-oriented work.

At the end of the internship, candidates will be evaluated based on their technical growth, quality of work, ownership, consistency, problem-solving ability and overall performance.
