Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role located in Rajasthan, India. The volunteer will assist chartered accountants and staff with day-to-day activities such as organizing financial documents, supporting basic bookkeeping tasks, and helping prepare working papers for audits and tax filings.

Responsibilities may include data entry, documentation, maintaining files, and assisting in routine compliance and administrative tasks. The role involves learning and applying fundamental accounting concepts, supporting internal reporting,



and collaborating with team members on client assignments. The position is designed to provide practical exposure to professional accounting workflows and office operations.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in accounting, finance, or taxation, with a willingness to learn and follow professional standards.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets and document processing tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to organize documents and records systematically.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality in handling financial and client information.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Rajasthan and manage tasks within deadlines under supervision.
- Enrollment in or completion of commerce, accounting, or related studies is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in an office or skilled setting is an advantage.
