Description Atlys is building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. This internship focuses on improving voice AI systems for real customer conversations and shipping practical improvements.

Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India

Experience

- Built something with conversational AI through a personal project, internship, hackathon, or similar
- Comfortable with APIs and unfamiliar technical systems
- Able to move quickly from idea to working prototype
- Enjoys debugging ambiguous technical problems
- Curious about real-world AI conversations and natural interaction details

Responsibilities

- Improve real-time voice AI systems for customer support
- Work across speech to text, text to speech, LLMs, interruption handling and agent orchestration
- Make conversations feel more human across accents, speaking styles, background noise and interruptions
- Analyze real call failure patterns and improve prompts, tools, models and conversation logic
- Build evaluation systems for latency, accuracy, naturalness, resolution quality, hallucinations and human handoff
- Connect voice agents with Atlys systems and knowledge
- Prototype aggressively and ship improvements into real customer workflows
