Visa Filing Officer – Tourist Visa

What You'll Do

- Handle end-to-end tourist visa applications.
- Understand client profiles, travel history, financial background, and travel requirements.
- Guide clients on visa requirements and documentation.
- Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications accurately.
- Handle VFS/embassy appointments, biometrics, and interviews where required.
- Track applications and keep clients updated.
- Stay updated with changes in embassy, consulate, VFS, and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal travel teams to ensure smooth processing.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in tourist visa filing/processing.
- Hands-on experience with international tourist visa applications.
- Experience handling visa applications for destinations such as USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, UAE, and Singapore will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of VFS, embassy, and consulate procedures.




- Strong document verification and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with online visa application portals.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
