ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative and proactive videographer & video editor to join our team and lead the charge on short-form video content. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, understands what makes content stop the scroll, and isn't afraid to experiment with current formats and storytelling styles. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up on social media—not just executing briefs, but bringing your own ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Shoot and edit engaging, high-quality short-form video content, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels

Conceptualize video ideas from scratch — from initial concept to final edit

● Stay on top of current social media trends, formats and editing styles,



and translate them into fresh content ideas for our brand

● Experiment with new transitions, formats and storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging, bring strong attention to framing, lighting, composition, music and pacing in every video

● Collaborate closely with the team in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and timelines Proactively pitch new content ideas rather than waiting to be briefed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● 2–3 years of experience in videography and video editing

● Strong, demonstrable experience shooting and editing Instagram Reels and other short-form content, a sharp eye for current social media trends, formats and editing styles

● Ability to conceptualize and execute visually strong, engaging videos independently

● A willingness to experiment with new formats, transitions and storytelling approaches

● A proactive mindset — someone who brings ideas rather than simply executes on briefs

● Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic content environment

● Strong fundamentals in framing, lighting, composition, music and pacing
