- Produce and revise GFC-quality MEP drawings for five-star hotels, large commercial towers, high-rise and township projects
- Electrical: lighting and power layouts, SLD drafting, cable tray and containment layouts
- HVAC: ducting and chilled-water piping layouts, equipment layouts, sections
- Plumbing & Fire Fighting: water supply and drainage layouts, risers, hydrant and sprinkler layouts
- Coordinate drawings across disciplines and with architectural backgrounds
- Maintain layer standards, title blocks and revision discipline
Preferred candidate profile:
- 2 to 6 years drafting in an MEP consultancy or contractor design cell
- Robust AutoCAD; clean, fast, standards-compliant output
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Revit MEP working knowledge a plus (we are expanding BIM delivery)
- Hospitality, high-rise or large commercial project exposure preferred
