- Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Identify future staffing needs
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle ER/IR issues
- Administer current employee on-boarding and orientation
- Develop and maintain talent management processes
- Monitor employee morale and company culture
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
Education & Experience:
- MBA/Diploma - HR with 6+ years of experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Compliance, Payroll, Attendance Management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
