What is the Opportunity:

Position : Graphic Designer

Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience. : Minimum 2 to 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design Digital Creatives

Create high-quality static and animated visuals for social media platforms, posts, carousels, stories, ads, reels covers, and thumbnails with a robust focus on platform-specific layouts and performance.

2. Design Offline Creatives

Design print-ready materials like standees, posters, flyers, banners, and event invites, ensuring consistency with digital campaigns and brand guidelines.

3. Brand-focused Design & Visualization

Strong understanding of brand tonality and visual storytelling.



Ability to translate any content brief into effective, on-brand visuals that resonate with the target audience.

4. Ideation & Conceptualization

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas and visual directions for campaigns, promotions, and ongoing social media content.

5. Creative Adaptation for Multiple Platforms

Adapt single visual concepts into various formats suited for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., while ensuring aesthetic consistency and clarity.

6. Cross-team Collaboration

Work closely with content writers, social media manager, and video editors to deliver cohesive and timely design assets for all digital marketing needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Worked in ad agency on d2c brands
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social media graphic design and branding.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, brand work, and conceptual thinking.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color psychology.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and creative flair
