Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project objectives and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software systems meet the required standards and specifications.



Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Strong understanding of system configuration and performance tuning.- Experience with database management and backup strategies.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SAP systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
