What would you do The Learning Development Manager (CL7) is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving learning strategies that enhance workforce capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and global learning teams to deliver impactful learning interventions aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements in Australia.

What are we looking for 16+ years of progressive experience in Learning Development or Talent Development rolesProven experience managing enterprise-scale learning programsPrior experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferredBachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education,



or related fieldPost-graduate qualification or certification in Learning Development, Instructional Design, or HR is desirableStrong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, and adult learning principlesExperience with digital learning platforms, LMS/LXP, and virtual facilitation toolsStakeholder management and consultative skills with senior leadershipKnowledge of Australian workforce regulations, DEI standards, and accessibility practicesData-driven mindset with ability to measure learning ROI and outcomesExcellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of learning and development programs aligned to business strategyPartner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutionsManage learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and deployment of blended learning models (digital, classroom, experiential)Oversee vendor partnerships, external trainers, and learning platformsTrack learning effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, and impact assessmentsEnsure compliance with Australia-specific workplace learning, accessibility, and inclusion requirementsMentor LD team members and contribute to capability building within the HR function"Must be open to Australian shift timings:(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
