The Role :
We are seeking a high-velocity developer to build scalable backends and agentic AI workflows. You should be "AI-native"someone who masters modern tools like Cursor and Windsurf to ship production-ready code at an elite pace. You will bridge the gap between core Microservices and cutting-edge Generative AI models.
Key Responsibilities :
- AI Backend Development : Architect and maintain robust services using Node.js and TypeScript, integrating LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) into our MDM platforms.
- Agentic Workflows : Build and optimize AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
pipelines to automate complex data governance tasks.
- Scalable Architecture : Design high-performance Microservices and APIs (REST/GraphQL) capable of handling massive enterprise datasets.
- Database Mastery : Manage and optimize both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) schemas, including vector databases for AI memory.
- Rapid Execution : Utilize AI code generators (Cursor, Windsurf) and GitHub Copilot to accelerate the development lifecycle without compromising quality.
Requirements :
- Core Tech : Professional proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks like NestJS or Express.
- AI Knowledge : Hands-on experience with LLMs, ML fundamentals, and prompt engineering. Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex is a huge plus.
- Microservices : 1.5+ years of practical experience building and deploying distributed systems.
- Database : Strong command of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
