Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sourcing strategy for the Casual Wear category

Build & strengthen vendor partnerships and sourcing hubs

Lead commercial negotiations, product costing & cost optimization

Ensure production planning, OTIF, quality & timely deliveries

Collaborate with Design, Merchandising & Supply Chain teams to drive category growth

Lead and mentor a high-performing sourcing team
