What would you do Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our servicesFulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled.Plan the inventory or capacity that will be used to fulfill customer orders and determine transportation or delivery of the product through the supply chain.

What are we looking for QualificationsEducation:oBachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are a plusExperience:o5+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleoExperience managing perishable goods,



particularly in the fresh produce and floral categories, is highly preferredoKnowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and replenishment softwareoFamiliarity with handling supply chain challenges related to perishables, such as lead time management, spoilage, and seasonal demand fluctuationsSkills:oStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions about inventory levels, order quantities, and product replenishmentoExcellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teamsoStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentoA keen eye for detail, especially in managing product quality, shelf life, and waste reductionReplenishment Planning:oLead and manage the replenishment process for fresh produce and floral products, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately aligned with demand forecasts, seasonal trends, and sales patternsoWork closely with demand planning, merchandising,
