Role & responsibilities

To drive end-to-end recruitment for Retail Branch Banking positions through effective sourcing, stakeholder management, and timely closure of vacancies while ensuring quality hiring and adherence to recruitment processes.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail Branch Banking roles.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders for manpower planning and position closures.
- Ensure timely offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail Banking, Insurance, Financial Services only.
- Experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Retail Branch Banking roles and hiring practices.
- Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
