Job Summary

Satyadeep Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to successful execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent client management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with execution teams to deliver high-quality projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.

- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, and 3D visualizations.

- Create mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.

- Understand client requirements and provide functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and consultants.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.

- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.





- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

- 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial interior designing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture detailing, materials, and finishes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
