Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Physiology as per the NMC curriculum.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, tutorials, and small-group teaching.
- Guide and mentor MBBS/PG students in academics, research, and skill development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, question papers, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate student performance through internal assessments, practical examinations, and viva voce.
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and academic activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, CMEs, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintain departmental records and ensure compliance with NMC and institutional guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MD/MS/DNB in Physiology (or as per NMC eligibility norms).




- Relevant teaching experience in a recognized Medical College preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Physiology with excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students using innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Interest in academic research and publications.
- Familiarity with competency-based medical education (CBME) and NMC regulations.
- Team player with solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to academic excellence, ethics, and continuous professional development.
