Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic IT leader to head the Information Technology function for a leading Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, Loan Management Systems (LMS), IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance within the BFSI/ARC domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Drive enhancements to the Loan Management System (LMS), including legacy data migration and process automation.
- Implement and manage Contact Center technologies (Dialer, CRM, IVR) and omnichannel communication platforms (WhatsApp, SMS & Email).
- Oversee IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Data Centre Operations, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, and compliance with RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Lead IT Service Management (ITIL), application support, vendor management, and enterprise technology operations.




- Identify and implement automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Manage technology budgets, IT projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in the Asset Reconstruction (ARC) industry.
- Robust leadership experience in BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services.
- Proven expertise in enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
