Job Summary

- We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Executive to support transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking studies, and advisory assignments
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD Guidelines, and international taxation

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and supporting reports
- Conduct benchmarking studies using Indian and international databases
- Perform functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis
- Assist in preparing Form 3CEB and other transfer pricing compliances
- Review inter-company agreements from a transfer pricing perspective
- Research Indian and international transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines
- Support transfer pricing audits, assessments, and litigation matters
- Analyze financial statements and comparable companies
- Prepare reports, presentations,



and client deliverables
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial and operational information
- Work closely with senior team members on advisory and compliance projects
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Indian Transfer Pricing provisions and OECD Guidelines
- Understanding of international taxation concepts
- Experience in benchmarking and transfer pricing documentation
- Solid analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Preferred ExperienceExposure to transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies
- Familiarity with databases such as Prowess, Capital IQ, Ace TP, Bloomberg, or similar research tools
