Purpose/Objective

Head - Project directs and oversees civil, structural, and architectural project delivery for AdaniConneX data center business.
Ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget requirements while achieving quality standards and client satisfaction.
Drive strategic planning and execution to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Management: Direct and oversee all phases of project delivery, from initial site setup to final handover, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, and budget requirements.
CSA Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for projects to align with organizational goals and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Budget Management: Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost overruns are minimized.
Planning and Scheduling: Develop, review, and authorize construction plans, including detailed scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strategic role in client interactions, ensuring projects meet client expectations and addressing any issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and review project progress, preparing reports for senior management and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Handover & Close-Out:



Oversee the completion and handover of projects, ensuring that all contractual obligations and quality standards are fulfilled.
Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions.
Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development: Build a high-performing team.
Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Masters' degree in CivilElectrical/Mechanical Engineering, Work Experience: Minimum of 22-25 years in executing data center or airport or IT parks or similar large infra projects, with at least 5 years in a project leadership role.
