About the Role:We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee customer project rollouts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and experienced in managing SaaS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer project rollouts end-to-end
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
- Analyze and document customer requirements
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
- Track and report team progress using appropriate metrics
- Implement project governance structures to ensure adherence to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Become a subject matter expert in Kennects products and communicate technical aspects, features, and issues effectively




- Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong experience in project coordination and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel) and solid interest in technology
- Solution-oriented mindset with creativity and persistence
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred:Experience in project management within NBFC, Banking, or Insurance sectors.Prior experience in Incentive Compensation Management is a strong advantage.
