Major Accountabilities Project Planning and Execution • Plan and execute all finishing works in the assigned project(s). • Oversee and coordinate program activities designed to manage high-end finishes, including floor finishes, joinery works, wall fin ishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, and interior works, from the conceptual stage through the project lifecycle. • Develop and implement finishing program activities and resolve challenges in finishing works to meet project goals and contractual commitments. • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment on project deliverables and schedules. • Cost control Rate analysis to negotiate with Finishing vendor Supervision and Quality Assurance • Conduct technical supervision of ongoing civil and finishing works at all stages of the project. • Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and timelines. • Implement and maintain quality management systems for all finishing activities in the project. • Check the quality of all materials received in office, prepare quality reports, and highlight defects, if any. • Coordinate testing of materials, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards. • Inspect and maintain the stacking and storage of materials in site godowns and stores, ensuring neatness and proper inventory management. • Carry out periodic quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and approved standards.



• Coordinate with different contractors and agencies to maintain and continuously improve the quality of finishing works. Material and Vendor Management • Evaluate, procure, and monitor the use of finishing materials, ensuring quality, availability, and cost-efficiency. • Oversee the delivery, inspection, and testing of materials to verify compliance with quality standards. • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality performance. Reporting and Documentation • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including material quality reports, technical reports, and defect lists. • Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, including monthly progress reports, daily progress updates, monthly material consumption reports, and project performance metrics. • Provide progress updates to senior management, ensuring transparency in project execution. Safety and Compliance • Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all activities are compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Conduct regular safety audits and briefings to prevent workplace incidents.

Team Management and Technical Guidance • Guide and instruct junior engineers and supervisors to prepare necessary field reports, daily progress reports, and other project related documents. • Supervise and support project teams to ensure smooth execution of finishing activities. • Monitor team productivity and provide technical inputs to resolve on-site issues.

Educational Qualification: • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). • A Management Degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage
