About the role

We build our own products and custom software for clients. We're looking for a full-stack developer who can take a system end to end data model, backend, frontend, deployment and own it. You'll work directly with the founder on a small team, with real ownership over what you build.

You should be able to take a feature from data model to deployed and working, without someone reviewing every line.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Build and own backend services and REST APIs in Python (FastAPI)
- Design PostgreSQL schemas and write productive, optimized queries
- Develop frontend modules in Angular
- Take features from requirement to production design, build, test, deploy
- Research and choose the right tools, libraries, and third-party APIs for each project
- Handle basic deployment and server tasks (Linux, Docker, Nginx)
- Coordinate with the team on shared modules and integration points
- Contribute to technical decisions on architecture and data modelling

Requirements

- 3-4 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong Python with FastAPI (Django acceptable) and REST API design
- Strong PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
- Solid Angular experience on real projects
- Comfortable with Git, Linux, Docker, and Nginx
- Able to debug and optimize independently




- Has built and shipped at least one system end to end, from scratch to production

Good to have

- Experience with multi-tenant or real-time systems
- CI/CD pipelines
- Third-party API integrations (payments, messaging, etc.)
- Interest in growing into a technical leadership role as the team expands

Preferred Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who wants ownership rather than tickets. You'll be one of the senior technical people in a small company, which means your decisions actually shape the product — and there's nobody to hide behind. That suits people who like building things properly and seeing them run in production.

Good fit if you:

- Think about the data model before writing code
- Care whether something is maintainable six months later, not just whether it works today
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and can figure out requirements rather than waiting to be handed a spec
- Want to grow into technical leadership as the team grows

Not a great fit if you prefer a large structured team with a defined process and clearly scoped tasks.

Education

Any degree. We care about what you've built and shipped, not where you studied.
