Role Description The Video Editor role at Fotographiya is a part time hybrid position based in Kota. In this role, the Video Editor will edit wedding and event footage into polished, story-driven videos aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and client requirements. Daily tasks include selecting and assembling clips, syncing audio, performing basic and advanced edits, and applying color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency.

The Video

Editor will also collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the creative team to integrate motion graphics, titles, and other visual elements that enhance the final product. The role involves managing project files, meeting agreed timelines, and adapting edits based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders along with data management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing,



including assembling raw footage into cohesive narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to achieve consistent and appealing visual styles.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual effects that complement wedding and event videos.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of cinematic composition and pacing.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kota, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with a creative team and clients.
- Prior experience in wedding or event videography/editing is an advantage; relevant coursework or a portfolio demonstrating video work is highly beneficial.

## Experience
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience is preferred.

- Full-Time: As per company policy (9-7)
- Part-Time: Flexible hours based on project needs
- Freelance: Project-based assignments

## Compensation
