? Hiring | VP – Cyber Incident Response | Mumbai | BFSI

Are you ready to lead enterprise-wide cyber incident response and crisis management at a senior leadership level?

We are looking for an experienced VP – Cyber Incident Response professional to lead the Central Incident Response (CIR) Team within Information & Cyber Security. The role will own complex incident response, threat hunting, digital forensics, cyber crisis management and stakeholder coordination across critical business applications.

? What We’re Looking For:

✔ 12–15 years of total experience, with 8–10+ years in Cyber Security Incident Response / related areas

✔ Solid experience leading complex incidents including malware outbreaks, phishing attacks, APTs and cyber crises

✔ Expertise in Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics & Root Cause Analysis

✔ Strong exposure to CSIRT, Incident Response Playbooks, SOPs, Cyber Drills & Tabletop Exercises

✔ Experience with IRDAI, RBI,



CERT-In & PCI DSS regulatory requirements

✔ Proven leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills under pressure

? Education: Engineering / Management Graduate / Post Graduate (ME/M.Tech/M.Sc.)
