About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Junior Sales Executive to develop business for our Mechanical CAD/CAM and Engineering Software solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers in the manufacturing, automotive, engineering, machine design, tooling, industrial and product development sectors, understanding their software requirements, generating qualified leads and converting opportunities into revenue.

This role is ideal for someone with a Mechanical Engineering background and an interest in technical/B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Mechanical CAD/CAM and Engineering Software solutions.
- Identify prospective customers across:
- Automotive
- Auto Components
- Manufacturing
- Machine Design
- Tool & Die
- Industrial Equipment
- Heavy Engineering
- Product Design & Development
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Understand customers' existing CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for new software licenses, upgrades, renewals and additional users.
- Qualify prospects based on technical requirements, organization size, budget and purchase timeline.
- Arrange product demonstrations with the technical/pre-sales team.




- Coordinate with application engineers for technical discussions and customer demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up until closure.
- Develop relationships with Design Heads, Engineering Managers, Manufacturing Heads, CAD Managers, Plant Heads and Purchase/Procurement teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on open opportunities and quotations.
- Achieve defined monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM.
- Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, technical seminars and industry events.
- Track competitor products, pricing and market activity.

Required Skills :
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / technical sales / engineering software sales.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates from CAD/CAM software sales or engineering product sales will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of Mechanical CAD/CAM concepts.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and engineering industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Robust follow-up and closing ability.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
- Willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
- Self-driven, energetic and commercially oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
