- 3+ years of expereince in recruitment.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Assessment of the Clients need
- Understanding the background of the job and its scope
- Headhunting / Search / Mass mailing/ Job Posting
- Recruitment through all appropriate Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Naukri)
- Short-listing suitable candidates
- Arranging clients interaction and interview with the candidates
- Assistance in finalizing terms
- End to End Recruitment
- Follow up
- Team Handling

Industries preferred: Pharma,Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Construction, BFSI Candidates from Consultancy preferred.
