Customer Engagement: Greet, qualify, and assist customers in finding suitable vehicles.

Sales Process: Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, negotiate prices, and finalize deals.

Documentation: Prepare purchase agreements, assist with financing, and maintain accurate records.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on vehicle features, warranties, and market trends.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales, financing, and insurance targets.

Follow-Up: Maintain customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.

Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive, competitive attitude.
