Company Overview:

We are a leading electrical hardware manufacturing company seeking an experienced person to manage inventory and procurement of spare parts, machine tools, and consumables at our plant in Dhulagarh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of spares, tools, and consumables.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using ERP/SAP systems.

- Responsible for procurement of store items, spare parts, and consumables in coordination with the purchase team and internal departments.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and purchase teams for timely availability of materials.

- Implement inventory control procedures and ensure periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of all inventory items.

- Conduct supplier follow-ups for timely delivery and quality checks.





- Prepare and present MIS reports for stock movement, consumption trends, and reordering requirements.

- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit protocols.

- Optimize storage space and improve material handling efficiency.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in stores and inventory management in a manufacturing industry.

- Strong background in managing and procuring machine tools, spare parts, and consumables.

- Proficient in using ERP/SAP or other inventory management software.

- Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards related to store operations.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in electrical or mechanical manufacturing industries.

- Residing in or open to relocating to Dhulagarh,(Howrah) West Bengal.
