Job Title: Teacher i.e Home-Based Early Childhood Educator – Prodigy Pathway (Full-Time)

Work Mode: In-person sessions at learners’ homes — Mumbai (Western & Central suburbs)

Compensation: (negotiable at market rates, current ctc) +₹100 per session travel allowance

Role Overview

As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator (Prodigy Coach), you’ll bring the magic of early learning into children’s homes.

You’ll conduct engaging, play-based sessions that nurture cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development — following our structured curriculum and teacher training framework.

This is not just a teaching role — it’s a chance to shape how India’s children learn and grow, while building trusted relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 60–90 minute, one-on-one learning sessions at children’s homes using our curated, screen-free Prodigy kits.

Adapt pacing and activity difficulty based on each child’s developmental stage and learning response.

Provide concise progress updates and encourage positive parent participation during and after sessions.

Maintain attendance, notes, and progress reports via our mobile app.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety,



and professional etiquette within client homes.

Attend periodic skill-up sessions and share ground-level insights with the academic team to refine the curriculum.

Education

B.Ed. or Diploma / PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent certification

Experience

Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in preschool, daycare, or early-years learning

Languages

Fluent English + Hindi or Marathi

Mobility

Comfortable travelling within the Western Line (Churchgate–Borivali) and/or Central Line (CST–Thane/Navi Mumbai)

Soft Skills

Exceptional warmth with children, clear communication with parents, strong personal etiquette, reliability, and punctuality

Compliance

Willing to undergo police verification and submit valid ID/address proofs

Candidates with experience in activity-based, experiential, or EdTech learning will have an added advantage.

Work Pattern & Training

Engagement Model: Full-time (session-based structure)

Session Load: Typically 1–3 home sessions per day, scheduled near your locality wherever possible

Training: 2–3 week comprehensive onboarding (theory + in-person demos + safety protocols) prior to first paid session

Support: Continuous mentoring, academic helpline, and fully-equipped activity kits provided by company
