Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-

quality patient care, promoting wellness, and assisting in the rehabilitation process. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping individuals on their path to recovery.

Responsibilities

- Patient Care:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.

2. Rehabilitation Support:
- Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans prescribed by healthcare
- providers.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and activities.

3. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing
- assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.

4. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients,



families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide clear and concise handovers during shift changes.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare
- professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

6. Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Stay updated on emergency procedures and protocols.

7. Quality Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and overall service delivery.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

- Valid nursing license in Tamilnadu.
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a rehabilitation or wellness setting is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
