Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calls and customer conversations.
- Engage UK customers and understand their requirements.
- Build strong rapport and maintain a smooth, professional conversation.
- Explain telecom products/services clearly and confidently.
- Use excellent convincing and persuasion skills to generate quality leads.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Follow the company's calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and fluency.




- Strong convincing and persuasion abilities.
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate comfortably with customers.
- Should be able to build rapport and conduct conversations without fumbling.
- Candidates with a Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, International BPO, or Customer Service background will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates from Convent Schooling are preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, energetic, and willing to work in an international calling process.
