Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Excellent communication skills
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
Salary:
- Freshers: 15,000 In hand
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 24,000 CTC
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 03 years of experience in a BPO, TeleSales, Customer Support, or Call Center environment
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage voice processes efficiently
- Experience in inbound/outbound calling, Telesales, or customer support will be an added advantage
