Role Description This is a full-time Unity Developer role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements.

The Unity

Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive applications and website for mobile and other platforms using Unity and C#. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing floor plan features, optimizing performance, building user interfaces, and collaborating with designers, artists, and product stakeholders to translate concepts into functional experiences. The role also involves debugging and resolving technical issues, integrating assets, and ensuring stable builds across devices.

The Unity

Developer is expected to participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and contribute ideas to improve both product quality and development processes.

Qualifications





- Robust programming foundation with proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and practical experience in Programming using C# or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience in Unity-based Mobile Game Development, including implementing gameplay mechanics and optimizing for performance on mobile devices.
- Understanding of Augmented Reality (AR) concepts and tools, with the ability to integrate AR features into Unity projects.
- Skill in Level Design, including structuring game levels, balancing difficulty, and collaborating with designers to align gameplay and visual style.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with UI/UX implementation in Unity, basic knowledge of 3D assets and animations, and an interest in keeping up with industry trends are beneficial.
- Experience of AutoCAD/Revit is beneficial
