Namami Gange Tour and Travels is looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Executive.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and monitor ongoing trips
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers & service providers
- Prepare and share hotel vouchers & travel documents
- Track ongoing groups and assist with trip coordination
- Attend client calls and walk-in enquiries
- Explain tour packages, itineraries & destinations to clients
- Maintain trip records, data & documentation
- Assist in tour execution and accompany trips whenever required
- Assist with enquiries and bookings

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any discipline | Tourism background preferred




- 0–1 year experience | Freshers with good tourism knowledge welcome
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Valuable communication & writing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- Comfortable with professional emails and computer work
- Good knowledge of Indian tourism, destinations & popular travel circuits
- Organised, responsible & able to multitask
- Willingness to travel when required
- Passion for travel & tourism is a must!
