Roles & Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff,

including Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.

 Ensure that training content aligns with the unique features, benefits and eligibility criteria of the First Step Micro Business Loan.

 Cover topics such as loan features, credit assessment, documentation, loan disbursement process and customer engagement strategies.

 Deepen the understanding of retail staff regarding the First Step Micro Business Loan product.

 Conduct regular workshops, webinars and classroom sessions to enhance product knowledge.

 Address queries and clarify doubts related to loan terms, pricing and customer eligibility.

 Equip sales teams with effective selling techniques and objection-handling skills.

 Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to create sales playbooks and scripts specific to the Micro Business Loan segment.

 Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.





 Ensure that all retail staff adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while promoting and processing micro business loans.

 Conduct periodic assessments to verify compliance and address any gaps.

 Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lending regulations.

 Work closely with Branch Managers, Regional Heads and other stakeholders to drive loan origination targets.

 Foster a team-oriented environment where retail teams actively share best practices and success stories.

 Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns related to the product.

 Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.

 Generate regular reports on training completion, knowledge retention and impact on loan sales.

 Identify areas for improvement and adjust training content accordingly.

 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
